BMW M3 E46

At the time of its release in the fall of 2000, the 3.2-liter inline-six under the hood of the E46 BMW M3 was the most powerful naturally aspirated engine to ever come out of Bavaria. With 333 horsepower and 269 lb/ft. of torque mated to the revolutionary sequential manual gearbox - which has gone on to be used in Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Aston Martins, as well as the Lexus LF-A – the E46 is possibly the coolest M3 BMW ever built.
